DerRic Starlight is a truly original entertainer creating fun for the whole family with his unique brand of Aboriginal puppetry and comedy. Hailing from the Tsuu Tíina Nation west of Calgary, Alberta, DerRic has travelled with his Aboriginal puppet characters and his amazing roster of over 275 voices to audiences across Canada, United States, New Zealand, Hawaii, Tahiti and Japan. He also keeps busy as the voice of four characters on The Muppet Show. DerRicís performance is sure to dazzle kids of all ages! Plus, staff members of the Childrenís Literature Service of Library and Archives Canada will read from a selection of writing for children by Alberta authors.
